To our newest guildies Pentas and Kailie. Both are friends of current members who decided to join our happy family.

We also ran our usual coterie of weekly instances and made some more good progress on learning Yogg. From the vote taken at the end of the raid on Thursday it sounds like we may continue to extend Ulduar to work on Yogg some more.

We have made a lot of good progress lately on getting new bosses down. Yogg 25 should soon be ours after our good attempts at him last night! Planning is underway to finally get Sarth +3 down also. All these new achievements have our ranks going up for both 25 and 10 man content. Let's keep that trend going. I really want a couple of new titles.

Along the way we will of course continue to "beat it like a bongo" (quote courtesy of Kelaan) in ToC, Ony and VoA to gear ourselves for Icecrown Citadel.

There has been much discussion lately about what we should be raiding with the majority seeming to tend towards completing Ulduar and Sarth +3 over farming Ulduar. Hopefully we will soon start trying our hands at some Ulduar and ToC hard modes.

Catching Up
Gnomentum has been very much in motion these last two months - here's a brief rundown of what we've been up to.

Old friends, New friends
We've said goodbye to two very valued members of our guild recently. Danji and Serendene have moved on to Driven in order to raid with a guild based mostly in their timezone. Thanks for the good times and best of luck with your new gig!

Fortunately the last two months has seen an influx of excellent people including Waspy, Svjetlana, Varchessa, Slayerkan, Dauphina, Neessa, Drjeckel, Littleboom, Sylvanmoon and Adaramoon! Welcome to the guild guys - now all you druids and paladins go roll a warlock!

Progress
We've seen steady initial progress through Heroic Ulduar, and have downed the following bosses:
Flame Leviathan +2 Defense Towers
Razorscale
Ignus
XT-002 Deconstructor
Kologarn
Assembly of Iron
Auriaya
Hodir

In addition we've also downed Thorim and Freya in Normal Ulduar. Look for the guild first kill of Mimron in the coming week...

Loot
Over the course of 25 Heroic Raids we've picked up 293 pieces of epic gear, 21 runed orbs, 1 ulduar tailoring pattern and 23 Abyss Shards.

So What's Next?
Keep an eye out here for information on recruitment and raiding. Our raid force has lost class balance over the last few months and we will be actively recruiting to fill certain rolls. Feel free to speak with anyone in Gnomentum to find out more about us and see if you're right for us!

Gnomentum once again killed Flame Leviathan, but this week we also managed to down Razorscale! There's something wrong with us though, we're already sending things to DE. Jeesh.

This week we're going to try Ulduar again Tuesday and Wednesday, and then Thursday we'll be heading back to Naxx to help get some healers and tanks better geared.

Loot for April 21/23:
Gloves of the Fiery Behemoth were disenchanted, and a Runed Orb was sent to the bank.
Mimiron's Inferno Couplings went to Kelaan, Tryllian got Freya's Choker of Warding. Xyah picked up Drape of the Drakerider and Mcsteamy grabbed Shackles of the Odalisque. Deruutan came in to grab Living Flame from Ulduar and then in Heroic Vault of Ancients we picked up some more items.

In there, Galahd got Valorous Redemption Legguards, Prefix got Deadly Gladiator's Plate Gauntlets, Glee nicked Valorous Scourgeborne Legguards and finally, Jhaerial will hopefully enjoy his Deadly Gladiator's Leather Gloves.
